This role is responsible for overseeing the performance and governance of a global time-chartered fleet, leading teams located in multiple cities. • Lead and develop Chartering Operations teams across various locations
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient fleet operations
• Strengthen governance and enhance operational processes
• Drive accountability and capability development within teams
• Manage relationships with owners and internal stakeholders
• Lead discussions on operational performance and handle escalations
• Support performance improvement initiatives and data-driven insights
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives for operational excellence

Skills

Education
