Job summary

The role involves leading the Financial Crime Prevention Architecture team, focusing on developing and managing architecture strategies that align with business objectives in the banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and compliance while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in banking, finance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, or sanctions.
• At least 5 years in leading architecture and solution designs for large transformation projects.
• Proven experience in corporate customer authentication, workflow management, and data analytics in financial services.
• Strong team management experience, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the Financial Crime Prevention Architecture portfolio to meet business needs.
• Develop architecture strategies and provide guidance for initiatives within the Financial Crime Prevention group.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Align the architecture roadmap with business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Skills

• Ability to influence and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in architecting GenAI and ML/Ops solutions is a plus.
• Proficient in developing web, mobile, and backend solutions using technologies like JAVA and NOSQL.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and architecture patterns for data integration.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with architecture frameworks, governance processes, and project management methodologies.
