Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of clinical services across the Northern Europe store portfolio.
• Design and implement rollout plans for new clinical and audiology services.
• Act as a liaison between clinical, retail, growth, and operations teams.
• Develop and lead pilot programs to validate service approaches.
• Create go-to-market plans with timelines and success metrics.
• Partner with retail teams for change management initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with service expansions.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure consistency across markets while adapting to local needs.
