Responsibilities

• Own the MDM systems landscape by setting governance, priorities, and roadmap for SAP MDG and related platforms.
• Lead SAP MDG excellence, ensuring scalable data models, workflows, integrations, and data distribution capabilities.
• Partner with IT on architecture, delivery, releases, service performance, and continuous system improvement.
• Drive innovation and data quality, embedding governance, automation, and standardization across the MDM landscape.
• Prioritize business demands and system changes, balancing value, risk, dependencies, and capacity.
• Lead and develop a team of experts, fostering capability, accountability, and a high-performing culture.
• Ensure strong governance and transparency through reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Skills
