Qualifications

• Several years of experience in cost management, project controls, or commercial management in large industrial or construction environments.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing cost management methodologies and governance models.
• Experience in leading change and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
