Responsibilities

• Overall management of team performance, including coaching and competence development.
• Prioritization and management of tasks with an emphasis on quality and resource utilization.
• Establishment and maintenance of processes and governance for operator schemes.
• Data-driven operational management and KPI reporting.
• Budget and financial responsibility, including cooperation agreements with authorities.
• Support business development and new project delivery.
