Job summary

The Head of Analytics Engineering will lead the analytics engineering function, defining the architecture and standards for scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains
• Proven experience in building and delivering analytical solutions that support business decision-making
• Extensive experience in data modeling and analytics architecture design
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams
• Experience in operating and maintaining cloud/data platforms to support analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Analytics Engineering function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage a large portfolio of analytical solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers, collaborating with Product Owners on solution design and delivery
• Drive timely and high-quality delivery of analytics engineering initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Establish and optimize the operating model for efficient analytics product delivery
• Collaborate with Digital teams for reliable data sourcing into the analytics platform
