Job summary

This role is pivotal in leading AI adoption and integration within Operations, focusing on establishing an AI Enablement team and shaping the AI roadmap to enhance operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in AI service/product ownership or digital transformation, or 5+ years in AI product delivery at scale.
  • Proven track record in building new teams and capabilities from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled features and workflows in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the newly formed Ops AI Enablement team, defining collaboration models and roles.
  • Develop and maintain the AI roadmap aligned with operational strategies.
  • Manage the AI innovation funnel, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
  • Establish a benefits tracking framework for AI initiatives and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Drive AI adoption and change management within Operations, ensuring integration into daily workflows.

Skills

  • Ability to translate complex AI topics into business value.
  • Understanding of AI model lifecycle and responsible AI principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various functions.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, as well as project management methodologies.
