Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations and visual materials.

Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding process, including FTE and onboarding planning.
  • Lead the Ecosystem Engagement and Communications team for effective collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, acting as a liaison between departments.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure efficient execution of essential tasks and projects.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for team members.
  • Oversee ongoing administration, meeting follow-ups, and ensure decisions are acted upon.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields is preferred.
