Job summary

The role involves leading growth initiatives and shaping the strategic direction for market expansion in Portugal and potentially Iberia. This position emphasizes building a scalable growth engine rather than traditional sales functions.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in business development, growth, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in complex or consultative sales.
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and manage lengthy sales cycles.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Experience in Digital, E-commerce, or Omnichannel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a go-to-market strategy for Portugal.
  • Develop and refine value propositions across B2C Omnichannel, B2B, AI, and MarTech sectors.
  • Establish a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Lead outbound initiatives and foster strategic client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships to enhance outreach.
  • Improve conversion rates and deal quality through structured sales processes.
  • Track and optimize key commercial KPIs.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including discovery, proposals, and strategic pitches.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams for quality assurance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools
