Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous improvement of performance management and global talent processes.
• Lead key programs such as the Global Management Trainee Programme and targeted development initiatives.
• Convert insights from People Reviews and succession planning into actionable development strategies.
• Design and implement development approaches for high-potential talent, including mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to enhance alignment and cooperation within the global talent community.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a complex global setting.
