Job summary

Seeking a people-oriented Group Lead to oversee a production area focused on assembling and preparing blades for shipment. This role involves managing a team of 40-45 production workers, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to production plans. The position operates on a 3-1-3-7 rotation of 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in the production area.
  • Maintain quality standards for all deliveries.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet production requirements.
  • Train employees according to the production training development program.
  • Implement 5S practices and manage waste streams on site.
  • Utilize production planning software and hardware effectively.
  • Foster continuous motivation and leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both the local language (Danish) and English.
  • Ability to motivate and coach the team towards achieving KPIs.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality processes.
  • Team-oriented with a holistic view in a matrix organization.
  • Skills in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining an overview of operations.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and environments.

Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • People and process-oriented with a structured approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.

Education

  • Relevant experience in people management within manufacturing, preferably in chemical or mechanical processes.
