Job summary

This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in sales operations within the air travel technology sector. The position involves supporting sales performance tracking, CRM data management, and customer account support, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (2025 or 2026) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Up to 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with data, KPIs, and CRM systems.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare customer-facing materials for meetings and support account analysis.
  • Help in the preparation and tracking of Account Development Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Participate in internal sales strategy discussions and support deal preparation.

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
