Job summary

This Graduate Program offers an opportunity to start a career in Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance within the payments and financial services sector. Participants will rotate through various teams, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to real business cases.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or those graduating within 6 months with a Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, Danish is a plus.
• International experience through studies or work in a global environment.
• Up to one year of professional experience in Compliance, Legal advisory, or related areas.
• Legal right to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret legal and regulatory requirements in the payments industry.
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the organization.
• Assist in translating regulatory requirements into business processes and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions including legal and technology.
• Participate in regulatory projects and prepare analyses and reports for management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their business impact.

Skills

• Strong academic knowledge with an interest in technology and regulatory topics.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and implement regulatory requirements.
• Confidence in collaborating with specialists and building relationships across the organization.

Education

• Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Law, Business Administration, or Regulatory Affairs.

Tools

• Familiarity with compliance and risk management tools is beneficial.
