Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of products in the Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technology sector. Qualifications

• Experience in go-to-market, commercial program management, or product marketing within a B2B context.
• Strong understanding of global market strategies for industrial or technical products.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with the ability to link strategy to revenue outcomes.
• Experience in global markets, particularly in EMEA/APAC/Americas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data.

Responsibilities

• Foster alignment among product management, channel management, marketing, and sales teams.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Monitor commercial performance and leverage insights for execution refinement.
• Identify and address gaps between strategy and execution.
• Support sales enablement with clear positioning and messaging.
