  • Commercial mindset linking strategy to revenue outcomes
  • Experience in global or regional markets (EMEA/APAC/Americas)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma, or similar regulated sectors is advantageous
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort with performance data
