Job summary

The Go-To-Market Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone for the new-logo sales motion, working closely with the VP of Revenue Operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the sales engine, ensuring data integrity, and driving strategic projects that promote growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and familiarity with sales prospecting tools, particularly Apollo.io.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting multi-segment sales organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline reporting and forecasting hygiene for new-logo segments.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, deal velocity, and rep performance.
  • Translate data into actionable narratives for Sales leadership and executive audiences.
  • Manage and improve Salesforce processes and user adoption.
  • Oversee Apollo.io for outbound prospecting and ensure integration with Salesforce.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and operationalize new GTM plays.
  • Serve as the primary RevOps contact for new-logo sales teams, addressing operational queries and maintaining communication.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and present findings.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex operational concepts.
  • Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a plus.
