Job summary

The role involves building and managing the technical systems that support outbound sales efforts for a voice AI product. The focus is on creating infrastructure that enhances lead generation, scoring, and CRM integration to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Go-to-Market engineering, growth engineering, or Revenue Operations with a strong technical focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build outbound systems from the ground up, including lead enrichment and scoring models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and sequencing workflows.
  • Manage the entire Go-to-Market tech stack, including CRM systems and enrichment tools.
  • Implement AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
  • Monitor and optimize top-of-funnel metrics to improve meeting bookings and pipeline generation.
  • Create integrations and automations using APIs and tools like Zapier.
  • Stay updated on new AI and GTM tools, evaluating their potential for the team.

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier.
  • Ability to analyze and track key performance metrics related to sales funnels.
  • Quick to implement solutions and simplify processes.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a technical role related to sales or marketing technology.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), and automation platforms (Zapier/Make).
