About the role

Job summary

The role involves building and maintaining the technical systems that support the outbound sales motion for a voice AI product. This includes managing lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and CRM architecture to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build outbound systems from the ground up, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing and sequencing workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end GTM tech stack and ensure integration between various tools.
  • Implement AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
  • Analyze and optimize top-of-funnel metrics to enhance meeting bookings and pipeline generation.
  • Build integrations and automations to maintain data integrity across systems.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics such as pipeline influenced and meeting conversion rates.
  • Ability to work independently and make swift decisions.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a technical role related to GTM or sales operations.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
