About the role

Job summary

The role involves building and managing the technical systems that support outbound sales efforts for an AI voice agent product. This includes developing infrastructure for lead sourcing, enrichment, and sequencing workflows, as well as ensuring the Sales team has the necessary tools and data to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Go-to-Market engineering, growth engineering, or Revenue Operations with a strong technical focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build outbound systems from the ground up, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
  • Familiarity with modern Go-to-Market tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the outbound infrastructure for lead sourcing and scoring.
  • Manage the end-to-end Go-to-Market tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools.
  • Implement AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach.
  • Monitor and optimize the top-of-funnel metrics to enhance meeting bookings and pipeline creation.
  • Create integrations and automations to maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI and Go-to-Market tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics such as pipeline influence and conversion rates.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions without needing approval.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a technical role related to Go-to-Market strategies.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
