Global Warehouse Process Manager

Job summary

This role focuses on transforming warehousing operations into a strategic capability within a global distribution network. The position involves optimizing processes, standardizing operations, and driving continuous improvement across a network of outsourced warehouses.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Proven track record in process optimization and continuous improvement in complex organizations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
• Proficient in analytical tasks and Excel; familiarity with SAP, BI tools, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Relevant degree and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document standardized end-to-end warehouse processes across the global network.
• Create a robust warehouse performance framework with KPIs and benchmarks.
• Establish a 3-year roadmap for warehouse process improvement activities.
• Develop global standards for warehouse tendering and supplier evaluation criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal warehouse managers and 3PL partners.
