Job summary

The Global Service Manager for Evaporation Systems is responsible for driving and coordinating service activities across local and global operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves hands-on project execution and oversight of the global service portfolio, fostering collaboration across various functions to enhance customer value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial service management, operations, or project execution within a global service organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Familiarity with industrial/process equipment and service operations.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, and performance follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate local Evaporation Systems Service projects.
• Monitor and provide insights on global service activities and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with service teams, sales, engineering, product management, and finance.
• Support prioritization and resource planning for service activities.
• Ensure alignment with company standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
• Prepare portfolio and project status reporting for management.
• Support continuous improvement and service innovation initiatives.
