Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FMCG Insights & Analytics or consumer/research agency roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and navigate cross-market environments.
  • Strong skills in consumer and business problem-solving.
  • Capability to translate research and data into clear recommendations.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics and AI-enabled working methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research on Beverages Demand Spaces across seven global markets, collaborating with local teams and partners.
  • Plan and facilitate portfolio workshops to define and deploy effective portfolio choices at the country level.
  • Partner with global brand and innovation teams to identify growth opportunities and shape research briefs.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on future portfolio choices within Group I&A.
  • Support local teams in enhancing portfolio thinking and leveraging analytics for better decision-making.
