Job summary

The Global Rewards Partner will shape the approach to rewarding talent within a global organization, acting as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders to support equitable and competitive Rewards decisions. This role involves working across a wide Rewards agenda in an international context, focusing on creating impactful solutions for leaders and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in Rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR advisory roles, ideally in a multinational setting
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, and job evaluation
• Experience in a business advisory or HR partnering role, with the ability to translate business needs into effective Rewards solutions
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with familiarity in HR systems and compensation tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on various Rewards topics including base pay, incentives, and pay equity
• Translate business challenges into actionable Rewards recommendations
• Collaborate with global Rewards process owners to design and implement relevant frameworks and policies
• Conduct market and internal analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of Rewards initiatives
• Ensure consistency and governance in Rewards decisions by partnering with various stakeholders
• Support global Rewards projects alongside the Rewards team and HR colleagues
