Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day variant management and lifecycle processes, including phase-outs and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with private label customers and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams on product strategy, launch planning, and innovation initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
