Qualifications

• M.Sc. in engineering or a related technical field, preferably with commercial training.
• Several years of experience in product management or business development within an international B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Proven project management experience in complex global organizations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Drive the development and implementation of new products in collaboration with development and supply chain teams.
• Lead the go-to-market process and coordinate product launches.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for optimization.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation across systems.
• Act as a technical expert for product content and marketing materials.
