Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in client payroll environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of local payroll legislation.
  • Proven track record in payroll implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll in the designated country.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over processes.
  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of payroll implementation projects.
  • Document decisions and ensure visibility for Payroll Operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists.

Skills

  • Proficient in payroll tools and software such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Skilled in process improvement and standardization.

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in payroll, finance, or a related field are preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with payroll software and project management tools is essential.
