• Proven experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in local payroll tools and software, including SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment.
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for payroll in the designated country or region.
• Participate in sales calls and client hand-over meetings.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of payroll implementation projects.
• Manage the process from inception to live payroll, ensuring all decisions are documented.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders during the implementation process.
• Standardize payroll processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve issues post-implementation.
• Mentor and support Payroll Generalists in the team.
