Job summary

This role focuses on the structured global deployment of a new operational model aimed at enhancing consistency and performance across the organization. The position combines program management with hands-on engagement to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of the model.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven track record in program or project management, especially in large-scale transformations.
• Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops for diverse groups.
• Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with designing and facilitating Kaizen events in various environments.
• Data-driven approach to link performance metrics with improvement actions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• High level of ownership and execution focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structured rollout of the operational model across the organization.
• Develop and implement multi-year deployment plans with clear milestones.
• Champion the implementation of key elements of the operational model.
• Conduct training and capability-building sessions on relevant tools and practices.
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities, including workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate the model into local execution plans.
• Monitor adoption, progress, and risks, ensuring proper governance.
• Refine deployment strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
