Job summary

This role focuses on the structured global deployment of a new operational model aimed at enhancing consistency and performance within the organization. The position requires a blend of program management and hands-on engagement to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of the operational practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement environments.
  • Proven track record in program or project management, especially in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Strong skills in structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with designing and facilitating Kaizen events in various environments.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to connect performance metrics to improvement actions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • High level of ownership and execution focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the structured rollout of the operational model across the organization.
  • Develop and implement multi-year deployment plans with defined milestones and tracking systems.
  • Champion the implementation of key operational elements and performance routines.
  • Conduct training and capability-building sessions on operational tools and performance management.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities, including workshops and problem-solving sessions.
  • Collaborate with leaders to translate the operational model into actionable local plans.
  • Monitor adoption, progress, and risks, ensuring visibility and governance.
  • Refine deployment strategies based on feedback and organizational readiness.

Skills

  • Strong program management and operational excellence skills.
  • Hands-on experience in training and workshop facilitation.
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with various stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with performance management tools and methodologies related to operational excellence.
