Global Offshore Project Planner

Job summary

This role involves planning and executing large-scale offshore wind projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with contractual obligations. You will be part of a diverse team focused on the renewable energy sector, contributing to the global transition towards sustainable energy.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within large-scale project environments.
• Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 for schedule development and management.
• Background in wind energy, construction, or similar industries.
• Experience in complex, international organizations.
• Strong understanding of the commercial impacts of planning decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize project schedules for offshore wind projects, ensuring alignment with key milestones.
• Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to identify potential project impacts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to address planning challenges.
• Coordinate inputs from various departments to support integrated project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure alignment on project priorities and milestones across teams.
