Global Network Planner

Job summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless movement of products through a global supply chain, connecting production, distribution centers, and markets. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement within the Global Fulfilment Network.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or a similar operational environment, or a strong motivation to learn in this field.
• Proficiency in data handling and reporting tools with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build productive relationships across functions and cultures.
• Organized and proactive, capable of managing several priorities simultaneously.
• Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan supply based on forecasts and market needs.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries by managing packing, shipping, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with forwarders and track performance metrics.
• Monitor production availability, stock levels, and shipping forecasts while managing deviations and risks proactively.
• Work closely with production teams, distribution centers, forwarders, and markets to maintain high service levels and on-time delivery.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports to support operational decision-making.
• Drive optimization initiatives and support the development of new distribution processes across the network.

Education

• Relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Tools

• Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools is advantageous.
