Global Lead, Collaboration Engineering

Job summary

This role is focused on defining and leading the global collaboration strategy and services within a rapidly growing organization. It involves overseeing the collaboration platforms, ensuring compliance, and enhancing user experience across various digital productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Workplace, or Collaboration services.
• 5+ years in global leadership roles, with proven experience managing global platforms/services such as Microsoft 365, AV, and telephony.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global collaboration strategy and standards across the organization.
• Lead and develop a global collaboration organization, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Own the global architecture for Microsoft 365 services and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Drive user adoption and performance metrics for collaboration services.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee budget optimization initiatives.

Skills

• Strong strategic and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, AV/meeting room technologies, and service management principles.
• Experience in compliance and regulatory environments, particularly GxP.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
