Job summary

The role of Global HSE Manager for Service Execution involves ensuring the safety and compliance of service teams operating in demanding conditions. This position is critical for protecting personnel, customers, and the business while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or a related technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in HSE, preferably within a marine or maritime environment
• Familiarity with ISM, MARPOL, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and similar regulatory frameworks
• Experience collaborating across various functions and geographical locations
• Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct, review, and manage risk assessments while implementing safety protocols for onboard services
• Maintain safety documentation, manage an accident database, and prepare compliance reports
• Implement safety structures and behaviors onboard vessels with an outside-in approach
• Conduct toolbox talks, training sessions, and promote a proactive safety culture
• Perform regular audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards
• Contribute to the Global Service Execution Management Team, ensuring HSE considerations are integrated into decision-making processes
