Job summary

The Global HSE Manager for Service Execution plays a crucial role in ensuring safety standards are established and adhered to within the organization. This position involves working closely with service teams to manage risks effectively while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or a related technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in a marine or maritime environment
• Familiarity with ISM, MARPOL, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and similar regulatory frameworks
• Experience collaborating across various functions and geographical locations
• Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage risk assessments, implementing safety protocols for onboard services
• Maintain safety documentation, manage accident databases, and prepare compliance reports
• Assess safety conditions on vessels and implement effective safety structures and behaviors
• Lead toolbox talks, training sessions, and promote a proactive safety culture
• Perform regular audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards
