Job summary

This role involves partnering with senior leaders in Group Marketing & Communications and Group IT to drive strategic people initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of HR experience in complex, multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and execute strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Enhance employee engagement and performance through data insights.
• Facilitate organizational reviews and support change management initiatives.
• Manage annual people processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and support senior-level recruitment as needed.

Skills

• Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Education

• Preferred: M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
