Job summary

This role involves leading a team focused on the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of depot products on a global scale, aimed at enhancing operational performance and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of management experience in product and/or platform teams
• Proven ability in stakeholder management at senior levels
• Demonstrated success in process optimization and standardization

Responsibilities

• Drive global product roadmaps and capabilities for depot operations
• Create and implement operational standards and frameworks
• Ensure accurate financial representation in depot P&L
• Collaborate with process and platform teams to develop solutions
• Manage the lifecycle of products/platforms, including legacy capabilities
• Develop new product features and improve efficiency and user experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
