• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess adoption and impact.
• Promote the operational excellence framework across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure accountability and visibility for adherence to operational principles among leadership.
• Facilitate capability-building initiatives to support frontline adoption of best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve high performance and effective collaboration.
