Global Head of Customer Implementation & Project Management

Job summary

This role involves leading the global strategy for Customer Implementation Management (CIM) within a multinational logistics organization. The position focuses on driving strategic initiatives, developing frameworks, and enhancing implementation capabilities across the global community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, contract logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer implementation processes in complex global settings.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and engage with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to create actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global CIM strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain and improve the global customer implementation roadmap.
• Lead global CIM initiatives and support cross-functional transformation programs.
• Partner with stakeholders for reporting, governance, and performance management.
• Develop the global customer and site implementation framework, including methodologies and tools.
• Build implementation capabilities through certification programs and learning initiatives.
• Define metrics for performance management and facilitate discussions between teams.
