Qualifications

  • Proven track record in senior management engagements and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global business development and solution engineering for the Energy vertical.
  • Drive growth initiatives aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and refine Go-to-Market and Pricing strategies.
  • Provide innovative, customer-centric logistics solutions.
  • Engage with senior-level customers and sales teams.
  • Share market intelligence on competitors and customer trends.
  • Implement standardized solution design processes and best practices.
  • Pursue strategic opportunities with regional teams, including bid strategy and proposal oversight.
  • Monitor and ensure consistent delivery of revenue and sales metrics.
  • Support the implementation of won opportunities to maintain solution design intent.
  • Strengthen supplier partnerships and market relationships.
  • Represent the company at customer engagements and industry events.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business development, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with logistics management software and tools for solution design.
