• Develop accurate demand forecasts using IBP data, market intelligence, and sales input.
• Coordinate demand reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Provide reliable forecasts for effective demand planning.
• Analyze historical sales trends and evaluate forecast results.
• Conduct root cause analysis on forecast accuracy and related metrics.
• Generate consolidated forecasts of unconstrained demand.
• Assess the impact of IBP deviations on current planning.
• Facilitate best practices and consensus among functional experts.
• Implement improvement actions and develop stakeholder communication plans.
• Monitor forecast consumption and plan attainment.
• Full-time position with a fully remote work setup.
• Compensation ranges from $139,440 to $261,450 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
