Global Contract Manufacturing Manager

Job summary

This role involves overseeing and managing Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships between parties. The position requires navigating complex stakeholder environments to facilitate effective contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, or contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, and risk management practices.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and communicate requirements clearly.
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for supply agreements and service contracts.
• Administer and monitor compliance with contractual obligations and service levels.
• Maintain an organized repository of contract documents and amendments.
• Identify and mitigate risks in partnership with Legal and Procurement teams.
• Build cross-functional relationships and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate contract amendments and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide guidance and training on contract requirements and best practices.
