Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in category management or strategic procurement, particularly in high-value sourcing and contracting.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in structuring deals and applying TCO-based decision frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, sorters, and robotics.
• Experience in managing supplier performance, including KPI definition and governance models.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
• Ability to navigate complex global environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in establishing governance models and scalable processes.
• Interest in leveraging data and AI tools for category management.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a data-driven global category strategy for warehouse automation.
• Monitor industry trends to inform sourcing priorities and frameworks.
• Lead complex RFQs, negotiations, and contracting processes.
• Define a scalable sourcing model that balances central and local execution.
• Manage supplier performance and governance across the automation portfolio.
• Establish governance and decision-making structures to ensure alignment across teams.
