Job summary

The role involves driving business growth and enhancing sales effectiveness for LCL and Cargo Risk Management solutions across global markets. The position requires collaboration with Product, Sales, and customers to convert opportunities into measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in freight forwarding, specifically LCL, with FCL exposure preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or solution design.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country, and long-cycle opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of cargo insurance and risk management products.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end global supply chains.
  • Highly collaborative, capable of working within a Global–Region–Area matrix.
  • Strong commercial mindset focused on growth and customer value.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate opportunities across Global, Regional, and Area teams.
  • Engage with customers alongside Sales to design and close tailored solutions.
  • Drive pipeline quality and growth delivery.
  • Support sales teams with insights and structured guidance.
  • Partner with Sales to engage strategic customers and design solutions.
  • Manage high-value, long-cycle opportunities and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Deliver product training and communicate updates effectively.
  • Ensure smooth transition from opportunity to customer onboarding.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
