• Over 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, specifically with Landside products in a global matrix organization.
• Proven project and change management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities, connecting operational details to long-term objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and building relationships.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global order management processes aligned with the product catalog.
• Develop training materials and drive initiatives for operational excellence.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective tech solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize core business processes and enhance customer journeys.
• Establish global operational standards and oversee compliance and quality metrics.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Manage user acceptance testing and maintain a prioritized backlog of business requirements.
