• Extensive experience in air freight forwarding processes, including operations and documentation.
• Proven product management experience, including roadmap ownership and agile delivery collaboration with engineering teams.
• Practical experience in applying AI and automation to operational processes.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort in business financials.
• Customer-centric approach with frontline knowledge of operations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Technical acumen to bridge business and technology.
• Strong ownership mentality towards product delivery.
• Resilience, agility, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and process roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the discovery of new products and solutions, focusing on automation and AI opportunities.
• Map business processes and define policies and controls.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality in technology deliverables.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance on controls and audits.
• Define master data policies and processes.
• Track value realization and delivery to business operations.
• Contribute to annual operating and budget planning.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in delivery sprints and feedback loops.
• Manage integration with customer and vendor technology.

Education

• Experience with CargoWise is mandatory.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools relevant to logistics operations.
