Qualifications

  • Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems).
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, or Procurement & Logistics.
  • Experience with global ERP rollouts in complex organizations.
  • Practical experience with testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end process design and documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with project members and stakeholders to foster engagement.
  • Ensure data readiness and integrity throughout the project.
  • Lead test planning, execution, and quality assurance processes.
  • Prepare the organization for go-live readiness and execute cut-over activities.
  • Support training and global rollout efforts.

Education
