Functional Consultant (Microsoft D365 CE, On-site, Smørum)

Job summary

This role involves supporting a major transformation program by configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions across multiple countries. The position focuses on understanding business needs and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance the Hearing Care business.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of CRM implementations in complex business environments.
• Familiarity with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Center functionalities.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure is advantageous.
• Experience with global or multi-country implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to identify business challenges and demonstrate D365 CE capabilities.
• Transform business requirements into design specifications and prepare user stories for development.
• Configure D365 CE using standard functionalities and document your work.
• Test new features and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on Microsoft releases and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in agile delivery processes and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Education

• Relevant experience in a similar role is required.
