Job summary

This is a freelance role focused on developing interactive web applications for real-world use cases. The position requires expertise in full-stack engineering to design, build, and maintain user-friendly web applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development or shipping interactive web applications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs.
  • Design and implement data models and persistence layers using SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Manage authentication, sessions, and role-based access as needed.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and AI services into product features.
  • Handle state management and user input validation effectively.
  • Create standalone Python tools and scripts as required.
  • Review and optimize full-stack applications for performance and maintainability.
  • Write clear, testable code and debug issues across the stack.

Skills

  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Next.js).
  • Solid backend experience with Python or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and schema design.
  • Experience with REST APIs, request validation, and authentication flows.
  • Knowledge of deployment platforms and version control systems.
  • Experience with AI service integration is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant technical field is a plus.

Tools

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify).
