Job summary

This role is accountable for the strategic execution and performance of the local Solid Tumor franchise within the pharmaceutical sector. The Franchise Head will localize and implement commercialization strategies for solid tumor assets, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and marketing.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial business plans for solid tumor assets, aligning with global priorities.
  • Analyze market dynamics to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Oversee Sales & Marketing operations, including go-to-market strategies and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with key external stakeholders to optimize product positioning and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure robust financial planning and manage expenses to meet budget targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address market opportunities and execute commercialization strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Education
