Founding Operator (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves owning the delivery engine of a new service that transforms marketing into software for experience businesses. You will work closely with the CEO and VP of Product to ensure successful delivery and scalability of the service, turning repeatable tasks into software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in business processes.
• Experience in revenue operations and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery loop to convert sales into bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the product team to determine which services should be automated and which should remain hands-on.
• Develop internal tools using AI to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Create a comprehensive view of business performance, integrating delivery and customer data.
• Align with sales and customer success teams to achieve shared growth objectives.
