Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in operations or related fields, or exceptional candidates without formal experience
• Strong execution ability and ownership in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing deployments and field teams under real-world constraints

Responsibilities

• Source and manage global deployment partnerships
• Oversee field operations from site readiness to post-site closure
• Lead field teams to ensure reliable execution during deployments
• Conduct high-velocity data collection campaigns in real-world conditions
• Work with sensing hardware, deployment kits, and data offloading workflows
• Troubleshoot operational issues in the field
• Enhance operational systems for audits, inventory, and payouts
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams during deployments

Skills

• Strong technical intuition and comfort with hardware and operational tools
• Excellent communication skills and quick decision-making ability
• Resilience and resourcefulness in solving operational challenges

Education

• Relevant experience in operations, logistics, consulting, marketplaces, field work, or startups is advantageous.

Tools

• Familiarity with deployment kits and data collection systems is beneficial.
