The role involves ensuring compliance with Group policies related to financial reporting, tax, treasury, company secretarial, and legal matters specifically for the Denmark region. Qualifications

  • Ideally a qualified accountant or strong background in finance.
  • Proficient in IFRS and technical accounting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and legal compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly management accounts and compute statutory adjustments.
  • Analyze management accounts for statutory/legal compliance.
  • Assist in year-end audit processes and filing local statutory accounts.
  • Maintain records of financial disclosures and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of entity office filings and documentation of meetings.
  • Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Liaise with business on tax projections and budgets.
  • Manage local tax returns and compliance obligations.
  • Represent the company in local legal matters and ensure contract compliance.
  • Authorize payments and assist with treasury reporting.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various corporate functions.

Education

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in finance.

Tools

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and compliance software.
